We are seeking a skilled Events Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and delivering events of varying sizes, from conferences and awards dinners to exhibitions and virtual events.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate event planning and logistics, including venue selection and management
* Manage delegate registration and communication
* Develop project plans and production running orders to ensure seamless delivery of events onsite
* SOURCE EVENT COSTS AND MANAGE BUDGETS
* Work with the design team to create engaging event and communications content and marketing collateral

Requirements:
* Minimum of two years' experience in an events role in an agency, corporate events venue or in-house in a corporate events role
* A formal qualification in events is ideal but not a necessity
* Excellent spoken and written communication skills
* Excellent planning, organisational and administrative skills
* Budget and costs management experience
