A fantastic opportunity for those looking to work part-time in an administrative setting. Working within a small, friendly company, you will be responsible for a variety of duties including:
Answering incoming calls, forwarding to correct contact, taking messages and answering queries
Typing up reports and documents on projects
Filing project costing information
Setting up new jobs on computer software and creating hard copies as needed
Logging all inquiries into software
Assisting with managing workflow and organisation to ensure documents are correct for projects to stay on track
Prioritising workload to deadlines
You will need previous experience using MS Office including Outlook, Word & Excel. Ideally, you will be a confident Administrator who is organised and strong ability to communicate with clients and colleagues in a helpful, approachable manner.
The company are ideally looking for someone to work circa 4 hours per day, 3-5 days per week. You will receive training in specialised parts of the role, but prior admin experience is needed.
