The Larder in Livingston is seeking a motivated Pathways Officer to support young people aged 10–25 facing disadvantages. In this role, you will develop personalised Pathway Plans and provide one-to-one support as a key worker.
You'll engage in outreach work and collaborate with partners to aid progression into training, education, or employment. A relevant qualification or equivalent experience in youth work or social care is required.
