Description
This is an exciting time to be joining NCH post‑merger with Solenis. Following an internal promotion within the FP&A department, we are seeking to hire an FP&A Business Partner to support the Industrial Sales group in Europe. The position is very hands‑on, providing commercial and financial insight to aid decision‑making and drive forward a highly profitable and growing business
What You’ll Do
* Act as the go‑to finance partner for the EVP of Sales (Industrial Europe)
* Deliver monthly commentaries & presentations with clear insights into performance
* Lead annual planning, forecasting & strategic plans aligned with Global HQ (Delaware, USA)
* Build financial models & business cases for product launches, acquisitions & expansion
* Support integration with Solenis, guiding stakeholders on Tableau & OneStream
* Provide ad‑hoc analysis to influence key decisions
* Travel ~10% across Europe
What We’re Looking For
* CIMA/ACCA qualified (essential), with a degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
* Strong FP&A experience (budgeting, forecasting, analysis)
* Advanced Excel & Microsoft Office skills; Oracle knowledge desirable
* Excellent communicator with the ability to simplify complex data for non‑financial leaders
* Commercially savvy, proactive, and deadline‑driven
