Job overview The Clinical Engineering Department at ESHT carries out maintenance on a wide variety of medical devices within ESHT and its customers. Clinical Engineering receives large volumes of equipment coming to the workshop and this role is designed to address that. The role involves both administrative and technical tasks. The successful candidate will receive training on how to service the medical devices they will be working on. Main duties of the job Booking equipment in to the workshop that has been sent for service or repair. Carrying out servicing & repair activities on a limited range of medical devices that include; blood pressure devices, infusion devices, pressure relieving systems (mattress & pump), thermometers. Triaging and sending a wide range of medical devices to third parties for analysis. Keeping track of ongoing work using the departments database.
