Your new role
As a key member of the finance team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the business through its next phase of growth. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Leading the budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic planning.
2. Delivering insightful financial analysis to enable timely, data-driven decision-making.
3. Partnering with the MD, Centre Managers, and wider teams to providemercial and analytical support.
4. Supporting refinancing and restructuring initiatives as the business evolves.
5. Collaborating with business partners on function-specific analysis and strategic projects.
What you'll need to succeed
You’ll be amercially minded accountant with strong technical foundations, ideally qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or QBE. You’ll bring:
6. Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
7. The ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders and non-finance teams.
8. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for adding value in a fast-paced environment.
