Customer Solutions Manager (External Sales) – Belfast

Responsibilities
* Grow the Belfast Plant’s market share by generating new business opportunities while developing existing customer accounts.
* Be the main external point of contact for customers, building relationships across the organisation.
* Maintain strong sales administration including use of CRM (Dynamics) to follow up leads, inquiries, and quotes.
* Adopt a value selling consultative approach, tailoring solutions to meet customer needs while maintaining knowledge of all packaging solutions and full product range.
* Collaborate with internal colleagues across Sales, Design, and Operations.
* Win new business and grow market share through the Value Selling Process.
* Understand customer and market challenges in relation to consumable packaging and contribute to tailored value-added solutions.
* Achieve sales volume, revenue, and budget targets as defined by the Plant Manager.
Essential Criteria
* Education to degree level or equivalent experience.
* Customer-focused with sales experience in the packaging industry and/or a B2B environment with a proven ability to win new business through direct customer contact.
* Solid account management skills with drive to deliver customer satisfaction and sustainable profit and volume growth.
* Demonstrated ability to partner with customers and a recent track record of meeting sales targets.
* Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
* Full driving licence.
Desirable Criteria
* Prior packaging sales experience is welcome, or a strong track record of sales achievement in closely related sectors.
* Experience dealing with Purchasing, Quality, Engineering, or Supply Chain departments in manufacturing.
