What Youll Be Doing
Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
Managing escalated queries with professionalism, empathy, and sound decision-making
Identifying and supporting vulnerable customers with care and patience
Working collaboratively with colleagues to resolve issues at the first point of contact where possible
Maintaining a customer-first approachwhile meeting operational targets
Ensuring all interactions are compliant with FCA requirements, internal policies, and regulatory standards
About You
