The role
We’re preparing to open an exciting new 20,000 sq. ft. store in the heart of a growing residential community in Saffron Walden. Led by an experienced Store Manager, the store will be supported by a team of around 22–23 colleagues.
The store is expected to open in late August/September, allowing time for comprehensive onboarding and training ahead of opening.
As part of this new store launch, we're looking for ambitious Design Consultants who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating inspiring kitchen and bathroom designs. You'll have the opportunity to help shape a brand-new team and play a key role in the store's success from day one.
As we continue our ambitious growth plans, expanding from 230 stores to 300 by 2030, we're investing in our people and creating even more opportunities for career progression and development.

* A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle: You must be able to visit customers in their homes, bringing tools and materials with you for home measures and design visits.
