Installation Electrician
Covering Battersea - Eastbourne
Permanent Full Time
Salary to 44000 Plus Vehicle Travel Paid Door to Door and Package
We are working with a national facilities management contractor who have an excellent industry reputation look after their staff well and have very established and stable contracts nationally.
Due to continued expansion we are currently looking to recruit an electrician to join the team.
Role :
* Installation of electrical systems
* Assisting with reactive and planned maintenance work on the electrical equipment on the clients asset register in accordance with the client specification
* Complete worksheets in a timely and efficient manner and submit to the head office each Friday
* Taking delivery of materials
* Checking delivery notes and handing them to the foreman
* Make recommendations regarding condition of plant and submit Life Expired asset reports if necessary.
* Compile list of remedial works required after PPM visit
* Assist the Contracts Manager in preparing costings for any remedial works
* Order job materials and submit copy paperwork to the Head Office each Friday
* Attend training and H & S courses from time to time as directed by the Contracts Manager.
* In the event of an accident report to your nominated First Aider who will be introduced to you during your site induction.
* Complete accident report forms as directed by your site foreman / Contracts Manager
Person :
* You will be an experienced and qualified electrician - level 3 18th
* You will have experience in electrical installation works
* Happy to occasionally undertake some ppm / maintenance electrical works
* Full UK driving licence
* You will have previously worked on commercial buildings.
* Happy with a mobile role throughout the region
Package :
* Base salary to 44000
* Monday - Friday - 8 : 00am - 5 : 30pm
