What You’ll Be Doing
As a Key Account Manager, you’ll be the trusted advisor to a diverse portfolio of customers across the Shropshire, Herefordshire, and Worcestershire region. Your mission? To uncover what truly matters to your clients—and deliver tailored, high-impact solutions that drive results.
You’ll:
* Spend time in the field, on-site with customers, and working remotely.
* Deep dive into customer challenges to uncover hidden opportunities.
* Build and execute strategic business plans that exceed revenue and profit targets.
* Collaborate across teams to deliver seamless, solution-led service.
* Use data and insight to stay ahead of market trends and competitors.
