Building Surveyors - Stock Condition Surveys Location: Rotherham (and sites across the UK) Company: Leading Social Housing Consultancy Pay: Per survey (freelance basis) About the Company TSR are working with a fantastic consultancy that delivers high-quality Asset Management Surveys across the social housing sector throughout the UK. The company is a market leader in developing bespoke, web-based Asset and Project Management software and mobile applications. Conducts over 30,000 surveys annually Works with 40 social housing landlords and major contractors Helps manage over 400,000 properties and delivers £250m of planned works per year Their head office is in Manchester, but their projects span the country. The Role Having recently secured a new Housing Association contract based in Rotherham they are seeking several new surveyors to join them on a freelance basis, to complete stock condition surveys. Working independently but with full diary support - the company will schedule your weekly workload. Expect around 10 surveys per day and training is provided. You will be required to visit their Manchester office prior to employment.
