About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Teacher - Electrical to join our dynamic teaching team. You will deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment across a range of Electrical Installation and related engineering programmes, ensuring that learners develop the technical skills, safety awareness, and confidence required by industry.

What You Will Do

* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons to Apprenticeships and Study Programmes across levels 1–3 .
* Assess, monitor, and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
* Develop innovative learning materials and resources that reflect current electrical industry practices.
* Ensure health & safety standards and compliance with awarding body requirements.
* Contribute to curriculum development and quality improvement initiatives

About You

* Qualifications: Level 3 (or higher) Electrical Installation qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds 2365 or equivalent).
* Teaching Credentials: A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, or willingness to work towards one).
* Experience: Significant industry experience in electrical installation/maintenance.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse learners
