The role
Deliver engaging Functional Skills English and Maths lessons (Entry 3 to Level 2)
Teach mainly 16–18-year-olds, many with EHCPs or additional needs
Manage a rolling cohort of around 60 learners (growing towards 80)
Use existing Pearson schemes of work and prep learners for weekly exams
Have one day a week for admin and planning from home
About you
Experienced delivering Functional Skills (reformed curriculum preferred)
Confident teaching the 16–18 age group
SEN or employability experience a bonus
