Your contribution
Strengthen scrutiny of budgets, forecasting,reservesand long-term sustainability.
Support compliance with funding and reporting requirements, ensuring regularity,proprietyand value for money.
Help the board use sector tools (e.g. resource management, financial benchmarking) to inform decisions.
Engage withacademyleaders to understand context, pressurepointsand opportunities.
Commitment
Attendance at full board and committee meetings (mix of in-person and virtual).
