This will include the management of Fleet Operations Officers, and a team of drivers / passenger assistants and school crossing patrol staff to successfully deliver a range of transport related services to the required legislative / regulatory standards. This role will be required to work from Meridian House, Winsford and Rossfield Depot Ellesmere Port regularly. This role will also be required to cover on a rota the teams duty officer role. You will have experience in person management and supervision of driving and assistance staff. You should be able to demonstrate your experience of HR practices.
