The Role

We are seeking a Senior Benefits Program Manager to support our global benefits strategy in the EMEA Region. You will design and manage comprehensive benefits programs, including health plans, risk plans, cars, time off, leaves, meal vouchers, allowances, and more. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure our benefits are competitive, compliant, and aligned with our values.

You will act as a trusted advisor on Benefits Design, helping develop innovative and essential benefits programs that enhance employee experience and meet workforce needs in a dynamic, global environment.

As a Senior Benefits Program Manager, you will lead cross-functional projects, coordinate with Total Rewards, Legal, Finance, HR, and external consultants. Your stakeholder management and negotiation skills will be vital to align partners with strategic goals.

You will use analytical skills to evaluate data, optimize program performance, and ensure compliance. Clear communication across all organizational levels is essential to translate complex information into actionable insights.

The role requires flexibility, prioritization, and strategic focus to manage competing demands and urgent needs effectively.


Who You Are

5+ years of experience in HR, Benefits, or Insurance.

Skilled in design thinking, project management, and stakeholder engagement.

Proactive, analytical, collaborative, and an excellent communicator fluent in English.

Understanding of Benefits landscape and HR systems.

Preferred Skills

Experience with car and mobility benefits, leave policies, and Workday systems.
