Description:
Your role
* Work on end-to-end design, development, and deployment of RPA solutions using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define solution architecture.
* Guide and mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
* Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize bot performance.
* Manage integration of RPA solutions with enterprise systems and APIs.
* Coordinate with infrastructure and support teams for bot deployment and monitoring.
* Lead cloud migration of RPA workloads (Azure) and define automation architecture in cloud-native setups.
* Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.
* Contribute to automation strategy and roadmap planning.
Required
* 8+ years of overall IT experience
* Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, and Document Understanding.
* Proficiency in .NET (VB/C#), SQL, and REST API integration.
* Experience in designing scalable and reusable automation components.
* Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer.
* Experience with other RPA tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Power Automate) is a plus.
* Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure) and containerization (Docker).
* Exposure to AI/ML concepts and their integration with RPA.
* Experience in process mining and automation assessment tools.
* Prior experience in leading automation projects in insurance, healthcare, or BFSI domains.
