We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift.
Duties
– Conduct the nightly audit process accurately and efficiently
– Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night
– Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
– Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
– Assist with security procedures during the night shift
– Process reservations and cancellations
Requirements
– Experience in front desk operations, preferably in a hotel setting
– Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
– Proficiency in using phone systems and handling guest inquiries over the phone
– Multilingual abilities are a plus
– Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and standards
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
* Evening shift
* Monday to Friday
* Morning shift
* Weekends as needed
