An opportunity has arisen to join our highly regarded team. 6 sessions a week: Monday, Thursday and Friday (flexible on days as possible, limited by room space). Start January 2026.
Main duties
* List holding Salaried GP to join the team.
* A mix of routine appointments and duty (same day) appointments.
About Us
Based in the heart of the Test Valley our GPs’ typical commute to work is less than 25 minutes from the Andover villages, Winchester and Salisbury. Team: 7 partners, 3 salaried GP, 1 GP retainer, 2 ANPs, 4 nurses, 1 HCA and a committed reception and administration team. Recently extended and modernised premises, with EV charging available. Social and supportive environment with daily coffee breaks in a dedicated space. Personal list system so you get to know your patients. Low number of home visits, no out-of-hours commitments. Medical secretary support, low levels of Docman, task-based referral system (minimal admin). First contact physios, clinical pharmacists and technicians on site. Active and collaborative PCN, with town centre hub, supporting health and wellbeing coaches, social prescribers, and GP assistants. 15,600 patients, with increasing list (3% pa). EMIS Web/Ardens/Docman/Lexacom. CQC Good. Strong relationships with ICB and Mid Hampshire Healthcare (GP Federation).
