Tool Fitting
1. Maintain the all-tool fitting equipment, ensure equipment is safe before use and is also left safe for the next user.
2. Report all tool issues identified whilst tool fitting.
3. Carryout maintenance on machine chests, seal, spray frames and other
4. Communicate all concerns from tool and machine condition and safety concerns, take appropriate action within your competency level to fix concerns.
5. Assist with training in fitting when required to do so
6. Carryout the setup of machines and to understand the process in full
7. Complete the first drop sample of parts on your tool fit to ensure there are no issues with the tool fit.
8. Understand the first off procedure and support the process
9. Able to prep and de-prep tools, to understand the process and support when required
10. Maintain your machines in line with the machine ownership programme, improving the visual appearance and functionality of your machines.
