Qualifications & Responsibilities
* Proven track record of delivering and supporting complex projects and programmes.
* Demonstrated use of robust project management methodologies and tools to support project delivery through transformational change.
* Establish and maintain working relationships at all levels of the organisation, demonstrating excellent people skills.
* Fluency in the English language (Part 7 Immigration Act requirement).
* Experience in driving project delivery that supports organisational outcomes.
Working Arrangement
The team operates a hybrid working model, with all team members expected to be in the Swindon office 2-3 times a week and Wednesdays is a mandatory day onsite.
