Salary: £60,000 - 70,000 per year Requirements: We are looking for an experienced QA Test Automation Engineer with strong web automation skills, ideally using Playwright. We value experience with mobile testing and automation across native Android and iOS applications. We are looking for someone comfortable working independently and taking full ownership of QA end to end. We would like experience with modern test automation tools such as WebDriverIO, Appium, BrowserStack, TypeScript, Mocha, and Cucumber. We value experience working in collaborative environments with developers and product teams. We are looking for someone who is naturally curious about AI and large language models and enjoys solving problems. Experience helping mature QA practices toward more rigorous standards is highly desirable. We welcome candidates who can balance manual and automated testing effectively. Experience in a React-based environment or monorepo setup is advantageous. Responsibilities: We will need you to own our QA strategy end to end and drive our automation approach forward. You will build on existing QA foundations or improve them where needed. You will focus on automation for our web platform using modern tooling. You will test across both web and native mobile applications. You will balance manual and automated testing as needed, particularly while supporting our manual tester during the first six months. You will introduce structure and process that add value without unnecessary overhead. You will work closely with our developers and product team in a highly collaborative environment. You will help mature our QA practices as we move toward becoming a medical device company. You will contribute to robust end-to-end automation strategy alongside strong unit test coverage. You will investigate and solve testing challenges across our React-based monorepo spanning web, Android, and iOS.
