As a Runner, you will:
* Support dispatch controllers and reception teams when demand is high
* Answer queries, book appointments and contact patients with professionalism and care
* Ensure patient information is recorded accurately and swiftly
* Take walk-in forms to triage nurses and keep communication flowing
* Help keep bases fully stocked and ready so clinicians can focus on care
