We’re expanding our MS Dynamics Contract Desk and looking for a Senior Consultant ready to dominate one of the fastest-growing markets in tech recruitment.
The Opportunity
This is your chance to take ownership of a well-established desk within a high-performing division. You’ll be driving new business, expanding existing accounts, and placing top-tier Microsoft Dynamics contractors across the UK and Europe.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Building and expanding your own portfolio of Dynamics clients and contractors.
* Driving sales activity - outbound calls, pitches, meetings, and negotiations.
* Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle from prospect to placement.
* Leveraging market data and trends to stay ahead of competitors.
* Growing revenue through repeat business and referrals.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in tech or ERP recruitment (Dynamics experience is a bonus).
* Consistent billing history and hunger to exceed targets.
* Confident business developer who loves to win.
* Excellent relationship-builder and deal-closer.
