We are working in partnership with a leading engineering business to recruit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor based in Trafford Park, on a Permanent Staff basis
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute QS with a strong background in Mechanical and Electrical projects and experience working with NEC contracts.
You will play a key role in overseeing cost control, contract administration, and the commercial performance of complex projects.
Role Overview:
An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with MEP experience to play a leading role in the delivery of some of the UK's largest secure and complex infrastructure projects based out of the Trafford Park office with travel to site as and when required. With an exciting pipeline of work, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will play a key role working closely with the Regional Commercial Director and Management Team.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will provide commercial, contractual and financial management to projects alongside the Project Lead. Their primary role will be to ensure project profit objectives and targets are met and cash is managed to maximise performance.
