We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Occupational Health Doctor to join our established
boutique practice as Medical Director and business partner. This unique opportunity has arisen due
to recent changes in our senior leadership team, leading to a renaming and rebranding of our well-
respected organisation.

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as Medical Director with full clinical governance oversight
• Conduct occupational health consultations (primarily via secure video platform)
• Manage health surveillance programmes and fitness-for-work assessments
• Provide expert medical advice to corporate clients
• Drive business development and growth strategies
• Maintain regulatory compliance and professional standards
Essential Requirements• GMC registration with specialist training in Occupational Medicine (MFOM/equivalent)
• Substantial experience in occupational health practice
• Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent communication skills for client relationships
• Proficiency with digital health platforms
