Minimum 1-hour visits, in-house Birmingham training (Manual Handling & BLS), uniform / PPE, bank-holiday uplift, clinically led induction and full shadowing. Work locally in small, stable teams with strong on-call support. Driver with own car essential.

The role
You will support adults in their own homes with :
* Companionship & emotional reassurance
* Meal preparation
* Medication prompts / administration
* Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
* Light domestic tasks
* Community access
* Post-hospital support
* Digital notes using the PASS care system
You’ll regularly see the same customers, ensuring continuity and trust.
What we’re looking for
* Full UK driving licence + your own car (essential)
* Reliable, calm, and professional
* Caring nature experience helpful but not essential
* Able to work alternate weekends
* Values dignity, safety, and consistency
* Someone who wants to work with a well-led provider, not a rotating agency
