Debbie Perrins You will: • Be the voice of the customer and help shape the customer service strategy and vision • Motivate, lead and inspire a team to deliver excellent customer service to the agreed KPIs • Coach, guide and develop your team through SMART objectives and PDPs • Implement new processes and drive change through projects to improve the customer experience • Work cross functionally with colleagues to achieve business objectives What you will bring: • Native-level fluency in French (C1-C2) and German (B2-C2) • A passion for customer service and hitting the SLAs • An inspirational and motivational leadership style • Degree level qualification or equivalent in leadership • Degree level qualification or equivalent in leadership • Project management and excellent organisational skills What we can offer you: • Salary of up to £40,000 depending on experience.
