We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience. Your ability to manage time effectively and deliver outstanding guest services will be key to your success in this role.
Duties
* Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
* Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring all details are captured.
* Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience.
* Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety.
* Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring quality and presentation meet our culinary standards.
* Manage multiple tables efficiently, demonstrating excellent time management skills.
* Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and accurate order fulfilment.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
* Strong understanding of food safety practices and culinary knowledge is advantageous.
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Basic maths skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
* A passion for guest services, with a friendly demeanour that enhances the dining experience.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

Pay: £8.00-£13.50 per hour
