We're seeking an In-house Housing Management Solicitor to lead a small legal team in Liverpool, handling disrepair, anti-social behaviour (ASB), injunctions, advocacy, and possession work.

Description
The In-house Housing Management Solicitor will be:
* Leading and mentoring a small in-house legal team on housing matters.
* Advising on disrepair claims, anti-social behaviour, injunctions, and possession proceedings.
* Conducting advocacy in court and tribunal hearings.
* Drafting and negotiating tenancy agreements, settlement agreements, and legal correspondence.
* Working closely with housing operations, tenancy, and complaints teams to mitigate legal risk and deliver tenant‑centred solutions.
Profile
The In-house Housing Management Solicitor should be:
* A solicitor (or equivalent) with 3+ years PQE, ideally with a strong background in housing law.
* Skilled in disrepair, ASB, possession, injunctions, and tribunal or court advocacy.
* Experienced in team leadership or mentoring junior lawyers.
* Comfortable working in a social housing context and collaborating with non‑legal stakeholders.
* Highly organised with excellent communication, negotiation, and drafting skills.
Job Offer
Salary of £58,255 plus benefits and hybrid working.
