Job Description
This role can be Hybrid or Remote, depending on location.
We are experiencing growth in our Housing Team, working with clients upgrading, migrating, or implementing our NEC Housing Management System. We seek Implementation Consultants specializing in our Repairs Module to enhance customer experience. This is a Home Based role, reporting to a Lead Implementation Consultant.
Joining NECSWS Housing Team means support and development opportunities. You will shadow experienced consultants and gradually take on full end-to-end projects independently.
Main Responsibilities:
* Guide clients in implementing NEC Housing modules, especially Repairs, Servicing, Risk, and Mobile modules, focusing on system configuration and build.
* Provide advice and best practices to current customers.
* Ensure customer satisfaction and positive feedback.
* Address issues promptly and communicate effectively with internal teams.
* Create and maintain training materials and solution design manuals.
* Stay updated on social housing management developments.
* Occasionally travel within the UK to client and company sites.
Qualifications:
* Expertise in Repairs Process using Housing Management Software.
* Experience in implementing Housing Management Systems/modules with a focus on configuration and build.
* Proven consultancy services experience with Local Authorities, ALMOs, or Housing Associations.
* Ability to achieve positive customer feedback.
* Skilled in creating training materials and manuals.
* Willing to manage multiple projects.
* Experience with NEC Housing modules.
