Job Title: Senior / Associate Electrical Engineer

About the Role
We are currently seeking a high-calibre Associate-level or above Electrical Engineer to join our team in Bradford. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality electrical building services design within a mainstream UK design consultancy environment.
This is a key technical and leadership position offering the opportunity to play a pivotal role in the design, management, and delivery of a diverse range of building services projects.
Responsibilities
* Lead the electrical design and coordination of building services projects across various sectors.
* Manage project delivery from concept through to completion, ensuring technical excellence and compliance with relevant standards.
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and intermediate engineers.
* Liaise effectively with clients, architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders.
* Contribute to business development, bid preparation, and client relationship management.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Qualifications
* Minimum 10 years' experience working full-time in a mainstream UK building services design consultancy.
* Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
* Chartered Engineer (CEng) or working towards chartership (e.g., with the IET or CIBSE) preferred.
* Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems design including LV distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and data systems.
* Proficient in relevant design software (e.g., Amtech, Dialux/Relux, Revit MEP, AutoCAD).
* Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
