GSL Education are currently seeking a qualified and caring Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming early year setting in St Leonards starting in September 2025. Role Overview: As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children’s physical, emotional, and cognitive development. You’ll work closely with colleagues and parents to create a positive, inclusive environment where every child can thrive. Your Responsibilities as a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner: Provide care and engaging learning experiences for young children, following the EYFS framework. Plan creative, play-based learning experiences tailored to individual needs. Support children’s personal, social, and emotional development. Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and communicate effectively with parents/carers. Ensure a safe, secure, and hygienic environment at all times. Work collaboratively with the nursery team to uphold best practices and meet safeguarding requirements. Candidate Requirements for Level 3 Nursery Practitioner: Level 3 qualifications in Childcare or Early Years Education are mandatory. Experience working within early years or nursery setting. A warm, compassionate, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children. Good understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices.
