We are delighted to be working with one our long-term clients. They are recruiting for a Customer Support Specialist to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Handling all customer support queries on products and services
* Being the single point of contact for customers
* Providing service support to customers
* Qualifying and log customer cases in CRM system
* Updating documentation when required
* Working closely with system support and solution delivery teams
* Applying swarming methodology standards on case resolution
The successful candidate will have:
* Experience in a similar role
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
* Experience working with CRM systems - SalesForce preferable
* A customer focused attitude
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Experience with Excel (formulas and pivot tables)
