Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 + benefits
Location: Dunstable, hybrid working (minimum 3 days in the office), occasional travel to London and sites around the UK and Ireland.

As a Construction Data Risk Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert for identifying and managing technical risks across a portfolio of more than 85,000 bedrooms. Your work will involve uncovering documentation gaps, leading re-surveys and site investigations, directly protecting our properties, people, and brand. This role offers the chance to analyze data and drive smarter, safer decisions at scale.

What you’ll do:
* Set standards for build quality and control access to accurate technical records, including building information, component details, and maintenance history.
* Hold regular reviews with external project managers, refurbishment, and maintenance teams, setting clear targets for information delivery to ensure compliance with legislation, regulations, policies, and industry best practices.
* Conduct internal and participate in external audits to assess standards and identify opportunities for process or system improvements.
* Design, develop, and maintain a filing system to oversee digital and paper records, standardizing information sources across the business.
* Collaborate with internal teams (development, estates, procurement) and external stakeholders (developers, contractors).
What we need:
* Experience in construction, architectural, or maintenance environments, with knowledge of construction contracts (JCT and NEC).
* Membership in the Archives and Records Association (ARA) is a plus but not essential; experience in records management or information management principles and systems is required.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
* Self-motivated, problem-solving individual who can challenge and make objective recommendations.
