Overview
The Willows Primary School and Nursery, located on Church Road, Basildon, is part of the Berlesduna Academy Trust. The school has an excellent reputation and a vision to foster a culture of high aspiration, enjoyment for learning, academic success and lifelong skills for all pupils.
The role is to work as a Midday Assistant, supervising and ensuring the safety, welfare and good conduct of children during the lunchtime period.
Responsibilities
* Provide care for children during their lunch hour, including playing games and supervising activities.
* Offer minor first aid support if needed.
* Ensure children adhere to safety and conduct expectations.
* Support a team environment and contribute to the improvement of practice.

* Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.
* Previous childcare or teaching support experience preferred.
