The Role As our Head of People, you’ll be the heartbeat of our employee experience, shaping a culture that’s fun, fair, and focused on growth. What You’ll Do Shape Our Culture : Be the guardian of Zest’s unique vibe, fostering a workplace where everyone feels valued, heard, and inspired to bring their best selves. Boost Employee Experience : Design and deliver programs that make Zest a place people love to work. From onboarding to recognition, you’ll craft journeys that spark joy, boost engagement, and support well-being. Drive Performance & Rewards : Lead our REACH feedback framework, ensuring it empowers our team to own their growth. You’ll oversee fair, motivating reward systems, like our gamified points and badges, to celebrate wins big and small. Champion Development : Build training and development programs that help our team soar. Whether it’s sharpening technical skills or nurturing leadership, you’ll provide the tools to succeed. Lead with Data : Use people analytics to understand what’s working and what’s not. From engagement surveys to performance metrics, you’ll turn insights into actions that elevate our team and business. Ensure Fairness : Create policies and practices that promote togetherness and equal opportunity, ensuring everyone has a fair shot to shine. You’ll tackle challenges like unconscious bias head-on to keep our workplace welcoming. Build Partnerships : Work closely with our leadership team to align people strategies with business goals. You’ll also nurture relationships with external partners to enhance our employee experience. Navigate Growth : As a company on the cusp of significant growth, we’re moving fast. You’ll design flexible HR processes to support this while keeping our culture tight-knit and fun. Who You Are A people person with 7 years of HR experience, ideally in a tech or fast-paced company with around 100 employees. A culture champion who’s passionate about creating inclusive, engaging workplaces where everyone feels they belong. A strategic thinker who uses data to drive decisions, from engagement scores to performance trends. A natural leader with experience managing performance, rewards, and development programs that inspire and motivate. A problem-solver who’s tackled challenges like boosting engagement or building diverse teams in dynamic environments. A communicator who can rally teams around a shared vision, making work fun and meaningful. Bonus points for experience with gamified rewards or innovative employee experience initiatives! Why Zest?
