Who You Are A people person with 7 years of HR experience, ideally in a tech or fast-paced company with around 100 employees. A strategic thinker who uses data to drive decisions, from engagement scores to performance trends. A natural leader with experience managing performance, rewards, and development programs that inspire and motivate.
