What You Will Contribute: Responsibilities INVENTORY/STORES: Inventory control, investigation and allocation Cycle counts (weekly) Controlling levels of consumables / stock (maintain stock accuracy) Stocktaking (when required) Keeping a clean and tidy warehouse INBOUND Receipt of materials Returns / Warranty processing Putting stock away into correct locations (both on the shelf and on the system) OUTBOUND Domestic shipping International shipping including commercial invoices and any additional requirements Calibration checking Order picking Order packing Order checking Running pick reports ADMIN Liaising with Sales / Projects teams / Engineers / Purchasing / Customers Managing shared Stores Inbox (Queries, requests, issues) Raising any issues with correct departments Keeping all documents up to date in real-time Adhering to H&S regulations 5s Audit / walkabout (monthly) Attend any Teams meetings as requested Attend training session when required Qualification Experience with ERP systems Experience with Salesforce Shipping using UPS (direct), and World Options (DHL.
