Site Manager / Senior Site Manager – New Build School Project (Start Jan 2026) Location: South West London Contract Type: Permanent / Long-term Project Start Date: January 2026 Interviews: Taking place ASAP Overview: A fantastic opportunity has opened for an experienced Site Manager or Senior Site Manager to join a top-tier main contractor on a brand-new new-build school scheme starting in early 2026. This landmark project will run into 2027, offering security, progression, and the chance to play a key role on a flagship development in South West London. The Role: Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations on a ground-up new-build education facility. You will lead site teams, ensure safety and quality standards are maintained, and drive progress to meet programme milestones.
