What you'll do as Development Executive:
* Identify and secure new business opportunities within the commercial and professional sectors
* Develop and manage your own pipeline, supported by data, systems and marketing resources
* Build trusted relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored insurance solutions
* Work with internal teams, including broking and claims, to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client support
* Contribute to the wider growth strategy of the business while keeping a commercial focus on new business wins

* Experience in commercial insurance business development or a related client-facing role
* Confidence in building relationships and managing the full sales cycle
