Job Overview
There is an exciting new opportunity for a Dental Nurse to work in Llandrindod Wells. The post is Band 4, Full time, 37.5 hours per week. The postholder will be expected to provide a comprehensive, high‑quality care to a wide spectrum of patients.
Key Relationships
The postholder will be expected to establish strong links and effective working relations with the whole Dental team as well as patient, parents, guardians, education providers, day centres for Adults/Children with special needs, social services, other Dental services, GDP's, Hospitals, Medical practitioners and Dental material suppliers.
Responsibilities
* Work as part of the Dental team, preparing and monitoring patients for and during their treatment, providing pre and post‑operative instructions.
* Create and maintain an environment to provide a high standard of care for patients.
* Work autonomously when anticipating instruments required during procedures carried out by the clinician, mixing materials, and holding instruments in position.
