The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead on acquisitions, disposals, and development of commercial property assets
2. Advise on full lifecycle development projects, collaborating with planning and construction teams
3. Support leasing and asset management for institutional and private clients
4. Navigate complex property finance transactions with lenders and investors
5. Deliver commercially focused, strategic legal advice across sectors including retail, leisure, healthcare, and infrastructure
6. Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to a collaborative team culture
What You’ll Bring
7. Minimum 6 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial real estate law
8. Proven ability to manage complex transactions from start to finish
9. Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
