Learning Hub Lead Location: Cambridge (Onsite minimum 4 days/week) Full Time – 37.5 hours/week (Monday to Friday) Salary: From £36,000 Onsite Parking Available Closing Date: 21 July 2025 About the Role As a Learning Hub Lead at Bright Horizons, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality training and development experiences at our Cambridge Learning Hub. You’ll manage the day-to-day operations, coordinate learning programmes, and support learners—including apprentices and internal programme participants—while promoting our HEART values: Honesty, Excellence, Accountability, Respect, and Teamwork. Key Responsibilities Lead the operational delivery and facilities management of the Learning Hub. Coordinate programme inductions and short course training (e.g. Bright Bursts). Support learners, including apprentices and 16–18-year-olds, ensuring safeguarding and inclusion. Host learning events, workshops, and community engagement activities. Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Operations, Education) to align learning with business goals. Mentor and coach learners across various development programmes. Monitor and report on Hub usage, feedback, and impact. Contribute to training design and delivery, promoting leadership frameworks. Maintain accurate training data and support administrative tasks. What We’re Looking For Essential: Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or equivalent). Willingness to complete Level 3 Award in Education and Training. Strong communication, organisation, and mentoring skills. Understanding of safeguarding and inclusion practices. Desirable: Experience in project management and/or apprenticeships.
