Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site role based in Belfast for a Telecom Sales Development Representative (SDR). The SDR will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, nurturing prospects, and booking qualified appointments for the sales team. Activities will include conducting outreach through calls, emails and social media, maintaining accurate records in the CRM, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals. The representative will also work closely with prospective customers to understand their needs, presenting tailored telecommunications solutions accordingly.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Sales (B2B)
* Proficiency in Communication and ability to maintain professional client relationships
* Experience in Business Development and identifying opportunities for growth
* Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
* Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools (Salesforce, MS 365)
* Experience in the telecommunications or technology industry (VOIP, UCaaS, CCaaS)
