Overview
A warm and welcoming family is seeking an experienced Nanny to care for their three children, aged 6 years, 4 years, and 6 months. The ideal candidate will have strong experience caring for babies, and will bring a calm, nurturing, and confident approach to their role. The Nanny will provide exceptional care and support the children’s well‑being, development, and daily routines.
Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional care and support children’s well‑being, development, and daily routines.
* Keep children’s areas organized and tidy – kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, playroom – and manage their laundry.
* Prepare healthy, balanced meals and plan daily activities that are fun, stimulating and age‑appropriate.
* Transport children to and from school and extracurricular activities.
* Maintain a calm, nurturing, and confident approach in all interactions.
Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a nanny.
* Strong experience caring for babies and toddlers.
* Level 3 Childcare preferred.
* 12‑hour Paediatric First Aid and current Enhanced DBS certificate.
* Confident, careful driver with a clean licence – mileage will be reimbursed.
* Professional references: at least 2 referees, one of whom must be a former or current employer; both immediately contactable.
* Good communication skills and a genuine love for working with children.

Location: Kentford, Suffolk
Job Start Date: March 2026
Job End Date: March 2027
Hours of Work: 8 am – 5 pm (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Pay: £17.50 gross per hour / £24,570.00 gross per annum (fixed term)
Pets: Friendly dog
Driving required: Yes
