Key Responsibilities * Support Project Managers to deliver projects on time and within budget * Prepare tenders, review contracts, and produce cash flow forecasts * Manage subcontractor procurement, valuations, and project variations * Ensure compliance with contract requirements, health & safety, and quality standards * Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and colleagues About You * Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor (fit-out or joinery experience advantageous) * Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification * Strong commercial awareness with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills * Motivated, organised, and confident working to deadlines This position is ideal for a driven QS looking to advance their career within a reputable contractor delivering impressive commercial schemes.
