Role Overview
As a Retail Optical Assistant at Vision Express, you will assist customers in selecting eyewear that meets their needs. You will help with frame adjustments, repairs, and fittings, and may perform pre‑screening eye examinations and administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, handling phone queries and processing payments.
Overall, your goal is to provide excellent customer service, ensuring customers leave happy with eyewear that fits properly and meets their vision needs. You will play a key role in our mission to help customers "See More and Be More", providing tailored and effective service to maximize their visual potential and enhance their lifestyle.
