Job Description

Customer Support Advisor\n\nWorking hours: 8 AM - 6 PM (core hours 9 AM - 5 PM).\nWeekend working: May be required weekend working 9 AM - 2 PM on Saturday or Sunday, with the remaining hours made up during the week, totalling 35 hours. \nPay: £14.02p/hr\nContract: 6-month temp rolling contract based on performance. \nHybrid Working: 100% office-based during training, which could last up to 6 weeks.

Then following manager sign-off you will be able to work from home 3 days per week.\nStart date: 19th May\nLocation - Birmingham City Centre \n\nLloyds Banking Group are one of the largest financial institutions in the UK, and are currently recruiting for individuals to join their team in May. You will be providing a high level of personalised service to a large customer base, taking inbound calls and updating customer records.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nDeliver customer services within a specified area of expertise, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.\nProvide technical advice and guidance to external customers and colleagues at all levels.\nHandle demanding or complex queries and tasks effectively.\nOffer support, guidance, and encouragement to team members, helping with their training when necessary.\nSupervise junior team members to ensure service standards and workflow deadlines are met.\nBuild effective transactional relationships to generate leads and match customer needs with the Bank's services and products, maximizing cross-selling opportunities. \n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\nStrong communication skills and a passion for customer service\nA good level of IT skill\nAbility to handle queries with confidence and professionalism\nQuick learner who enjoys problem-solving and working in a team\nAdaptability and a proactive approach to challenges \n\nDiversity & Inclusion\n\nWe are committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels valued.
