The role
We’re looking for a driven and commercially minded Sales Representative to join our Sports Medicine team, covering South Wales and Bristol.
In this role, you will:
1. Drive sales growth across your territory
2. Build and strengthen relationships with surgeons, nurses and clinical teams
3. Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities
4. Develop and execute territory plans to deliver long-term success
5. Provide on-site support in theatre, using your product knowledge to advise on safe and effective use
This is a hands-on role where your ability to think on your feet and add value in clinical environments will set you apart.

What you’ll need
12. A degree (or equivalent experience), ideally in science or business
13. Proven sales experience (medical device or healthcare sales preferred)
14. Strong communication and relationship-building skills
15. Commercial awareness and a proactive, ownership mindset
16. Full, clean driving licence
17. Confidence working in surgical/theatre environments
